I didn't read all of the comments to see if you found your answer, so I figured I'd contact you another way.
The shoes are Steven by Steve Madden. I bought some this past summer in SOHO. I absolutely love them! If you can still find them, snatch them up! One thing, they run small. The salesgirl told me that the Madden shoes made in Spain (these are) are smaller. And the leather is stiff. But I wore them the first few times with white ankle socks (and rolled white jeans, it was very cute--at least in my head!) and they broke in right away.

This posting on The Sartorialist caught my eye because I love my shoes so much. I even blogged about them (and I often wonder if anyone reads my blog, too!) http://lottiebird.blogspot.com/2009/11/brush-with-fashion-fame.html

Anyway, it was fun to visit you today. Hope you find the shoes.Cindy at LottieBirdhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14983096000933814079noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1274092467927459394.post-27419377256788451342009-09-14T15:55:17.737-04:002009-09-14T15:55:17.737-04:00I completely agreeI completely agreecookingqueenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04344586287837716802noreply@blogger.com
